The video is based on performance by three dancers, and an actress who was reading theory excerpts, reflecting powerlessness of an artist in a complicated network of hierarchies of institutions and market. The video explored the phenomena of enthusiasm for creation, collaboration, self-initiative and self-organization, with an assumption that all aspects of contemporary work take enthusiasm as a matter-of-course. The project brought together performers focused on (self)-expression. Spangberg attributes an indefinite potentiality to the dance. As mentioned by Spangberg, capitalism has cooped language. Dance provides an opportunity to think beyond the logic of such language. The dancers were barely moving under the weight of the bunch of drawings, bound with a rope. They were playing between themselves grabbing the shirt from the dancer with a text: I am rich and calm. At one moment each dancer expressed loudly their short biographies to the audience, to show how they are stuck with their artistic carriers. The actress was telling the narration about exploitation.

The video is titled  Deliberately inefficient with a reference to B. Buden’s reflection on art and resistance, that artist has to be: “autunomus, reflective and deliberately inefficient”. B. Buden, The Art of being guilty is the Politics of Resistance
